Dechert Advises OneFootball on Its €300 Million Series D Funding Round

Dechert advised the world’s largest football media platform OneFootball, headquartered in Berlin, on its €300 million series D financing round led by Liberty City Ventures and included participation from Animoca Brands, Dapper Labs, DAH Beteiligungs GmbH, Quiet Capital, RIT Capital Partners, Senator Investment Group and Alsara Investment Group. 

Dechert has been advising OneFootball since OneFootball’s formation and has supported OneFootball throughout various equity financing rounds, the addition of German Football Association (DFB), Borussia Dortmund and Tottenham Hotspur as new shareholders and its acquisition of Dugout, a digital media company co-owned by 10 of the world’s biggest football clubs.
