Michael J. Binko

Michael J. Binko focuses his practice on a wide range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters. He helps design retirement plans, equity-based compensation plans, profit sharing plans and severance plans. Mr. Binko advises on the tax implications of executive compensation plans and represents public and private companies in executive employment and severance negotiations. He has experience representing clients with respect to employee benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

Mr. Binko is admitted in the states of Florida, New York and North Carolina.
