PlentyONE, founded in 2006 in Germany, is a leading cloud-based e-commerce ERP platform that seamlessly connects brands and retailers with over 150 marketplaces worldwide. The company combines innovative technology with personalised service and an extensive partner ecosystem to help drive sustainable e-commerce success. The partnership with PSG will help PlentyONE to further increase its presence across the DACH region and beyond, in addition to accelerating strategic investments to enhance its product and services portfolio.
The Munich-based Dechert team that advised plentysystems AG was led by private equity partner Dominik Stühler and included private equity partners Dr. Kai Terstiege and Giovanni Russo, corporate counsel Christian Böhme, as well as corporate associates Dr. Philipp Schöfer, Alexa Serafin and Georg Littmann.
