Juan Bautista Zambon

Juan Bautista Zambon focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters with an emphasis on the negotiation and structuring of M&A deals. Mr. Zambon also has extensive experience providing counsel in cross-border transactions involving major businesses in emerging markets.

During 2014-2015 Mr. Zambon was a visiting attorney at the firm. Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Zambon worked for seven years as an associate in the corporate practice group of one leading law firm in Argentina, where he assisted Argentine and foreign clients in the negotiation and structuring of M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations, as well as counseled public and privately held companies in matters related to securities, corporate and contract law.
