Eric Zeng focuses his practice on a broad range of structured finance and securitization transactions, with an emphasis on leveraged loan warehouse facilities, loan to SPV facilities, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and other asset-backed finance and securitization transactions. He represents arrangers, lenders and asset managers in facilities and securitizations backed by broadly syndicated loans, middle-market loans, infrastructure loans, bridge loans, insurance products and commercial mortgages. Mr. Zeng also advises managers and borrowers in a variety of fund financing structures, including NAV facilities, collateralized fund obligations and rated feeders. He also represented international financial institutions in EU CLO warehouse facilities as well as in all other stages of EU CLO transactions.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Zeng served as a structured finance associate in the Charlotte, London and D.C. offices of another international law firm.
