Ryan Yang

Ryan Yang focuses his practice on general corporate matters.

Mr. Yang was a Dechert summer associate in 2020. Prior to joining Dechert, he served as a student attorney at the Children’s Law Clinic at Duke University School of Law and worked as an intern in the Beijing office of an international law firm.
