Emily Towill

Emily Towill is an associate in the financial services and investment management group. Ms. Towill counsels mutual fund complexes, investment advisers and mutual fund boards of directors on a range of financial services matters. She advises clients on the registration, regulation, disclosure obligations, compliance policies and procedures, and administration of a variety of investment products.

Ms. Towill was a Dechert summer associate in 2020. Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Towill worked as a law clerk at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
