Jonathan Stott, Managing Partner of Dechert’s San Francisco office, is a partner in Dechert’s corporate and securities practice. Mr. Stott represents private equity sponsors, alternative asset managers and operating companies in complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, carve-out transactions, growth and structured equity investments, joint ventures and other transformative capital events. His experience extends across a wide range of industry sectors, including aerospace, building products, consumer brands and products, financial services, food products, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, software and technology.
In particular, Mr. Stott has extensive experience counseling private equity sponsors, including Blackstone, KKR, Cerberus Capital Management, Centerbridge Partners, Graham Partners and others, as well as their portfolio companies.
Mr. Stott has been recognized as a Rising Star for M&A and private equity in the IFLR1000.
