Edward (Ted) Stack, an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice, focuses his practice on securitization transactions, complex real estate finance, capital markets and mortgage and mezzanine lending. He has substantial experience representing b-piece buyers, special servicers, loan sellers and investors in connection with securitization transactions, particularly CMBS.
Ted’s experience also includes the representation of borrowers and lenders in connection with repurchase facilities; and lenders, purchasers and sellers in connection with mortgage and mezzanine originations, financings and loan sales, particularly as it relates to co-lending arrangements.
He is an active participant in industry trade organizations such as CRE Finance Council (CREFC).
