Conor Shea

Conor Shea is an associate in Dechert’s corporate and securities practice group. Mr. Shea focuses his practice on corporate and securities law and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Shea served as an intern in the Penn State Law Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic as well as a legal intern with the Legal Aid Society of New York.
