Victoria Reardon

Victoria Reardon is an associate in the financial services and investment management group.

Ms. Reardon focuses her practice on advising U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds, closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds, and business development companies, as well as their investment advisers, on a wide range of regulatory, compliance, and business matters.

Ms. Reardon also assists clients with developing and launching new funds, fund reorganizations and regulatory and compliance matters relating to new funds.
