Christopher Rodrigues is currently on secondment.

Christopher R. Rodrigues focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters. Mr. Rodrigues represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions across a wide range of industry sectors.

Mr. Rodrigues joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2018. During law school, he was a judicial intern for Judge Thomas L. Ambro, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
