Since 2021 Ms. Rees has been listed in The Legal 500 UK as a ‘rising star’ for her work in emerging markets transactions. Since the 2022 edition she has also been recognized for her debt capital markets and equity capital markets practices.
Ms. Rees was a key member of the team that won the Financial Times’ 2019 'European Innovative Lawyers Awards' for the 'Innovation in Legal Expertise – Accessing New Markets and Capital' category.

The transaction valued Au10tix at US$260 million.
