Sean H. Porter

Sean H. Porter is the Director of Firm Real Estate and is responsible for the overall management of Dechert LLP’s real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition and operation of the Firm’s offices and other operating centers around the world.

In addition to his role as Director of Firm Real Estate, Mr. Porter continues to maintain, on a modified basis, his legal practice with respect to commercial real estate matters, including real estate issues related to corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well as real estate purchases and sales and the leasing, subleasing and licensing of commercial real estate.
