Richard Pugh, a partner in Dechert’s global finance practice, focuses his practice on UK and European structured finance.
Mr. Pugh has significant experience advising on commercial real estate lending, commercial mortgage-backed securitizations, asset-backed securitizations and securitized lending (including residential, auto and credit card), fund and subscription finance, structured repacks, and collateralized loan obligations.
Mr. Pugh also maintains an active pro bono practice, working on and supervising a number of matters through Trust Law and Kids in Need of Defense (KIND).
