Brendan Powell

Brendan Powell is an associate in Dechert’s financial services group. Mr. Powell focuses his practice on advising registered investment companies, their advisers and independent trustees on a variety of regulatory, compliance and business matters.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Powell was a legal intern with the Investment Company Institute and the Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Corporation Finance.
