Margaret Elias Mackie

Margaret Elias Mackie focuses her practice on litigation with an emphasis on product liability and mass torts matters. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Ms. Mackie is a regular contributor to the product liability and mass torts group’s newsletter, Dechert Re:Torts.

Ms. Mackie joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2022. Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Mackie served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Mark A. Kearney in the United States District Court for Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also externed at the United States Attorney’s Office and volunteered with the Federal Reentry Court (Supervision to Aid Reentry) Program, both for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
