David Miller focuses his practice on private equity funds, hedge funds, credit funds and other private investment funds.
Mr. Miller has advised private fund sponsors in connection with formation, fundraising, structuring, governance, operation, compliance and regulatory-related matters. His experience also includes advising private fund sponsors on, and negotiating, various contractual arrangements, such as side letters with investors, service provider agreements and placement agent agreements.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Mr. Miller was a private funds associate in the Boston office of an international law firm and served in the Army National Guard from 2010 to 2021.
