Craig McDermaid

Craig McDermaid focuses his practice on financial services and investment management matters with an emphasis on the structuring, establishment, management, marketing and restructuring of investment funds, including hedge and private equity products. Mr. McDermaid advises on the formation and structuring of a variety of fund structures domiciled in a range of onshore and offshore jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. McDermaid was a senior associate in the investment funds department of a tier 1 offshore law firm. Mr. McDermaid initially trained and qualified at a tier 1 law firm in Melbourne, Australia.
