Rachel Leary

Rachel Leary focuses her practice on litigation with an emphasis on products liability and mass torts matters. She also maintains an active pro bono practice. Ms. Leary was a Dechert summer associate in 2019. 

Ms. Leary is a regular contributor to the product liability and mass torts group’s newsletter, Dechert Re:Torts.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Leary served as a judicial intern in the Southern District of Florida, a member of the Litigation and Housing Law Clinic at the Legal Aid Justice Center, and worked as a Paralegal Case Handler assisting tenants facing eviction proceedings at The Legal Aid Society in Brooklyn, New York.
