Nicole M. Keller focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance and securitization matters. Ms. Keller represents commercial banks, investment banks and non-bank lenders in their role as issuers, underwriters, mortgage loan sellers and investors in commercial real estate collateralized loan obligations (CRE CLOs) and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions.

Ms. Keller also has experience in secondary market transactions and warehouse structures, including repurchase facilities, as well as CMBS large loan origination. Ms. Keller is recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in 2022 and 2024.
