Joseph Kariuki

Joseph Kariuki is an associate in Dechert’s financial services group. His areas of focus include advising on investment fund structuring, establishment, management and fundraising matters across private equity, private credit and growth strategies. Mr. Kariuki also works on matters related to carried interest structuring, the establishment of GP co-investment structures and ongoing house matters involving the operation of investment firm businesses and their funds.

Mr. Kariuki also has experience advising on secondary transactions, in addition to guiding institutional investors on primary investments and co-investment opportunities.
