Brian Kulp

Brian Kulp is an associate in Dechert’s Securities and Complex Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on high-stakes litigation, with particular emphasis on appellate and complex commercial matters. Mr. Kulp has represented clients at every level of the federal judiciary, as well as before federal agencies and state courts. He has litigated and advised clients on a wide range of matters involving administrative law, religious liberty, the separation of powers, the Seventh Amendment, the Sixteenth Amendment, contracts, torts, civil procedure, class actions, the Alien Tort Statute, the Dodd-Frank Act, the False Claims Act, and Section 1983.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kulp clerked for the Honorable Kevin C. Newsom of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Honorable Joan L. Larsen of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He also externed for the Honorable Dabney L. Friedrich of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
