Michael A. James

Michael James is an associate in Dechert’s financial services group. Mr. James's practice focuses primarily on advising investment advisers on compliance with federal securities laws and regulations.

Mr. James has experience advising clients on a range of regulatory and compliance matters, fund formation, private fund investments and the transfer of interests in private funds.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. James was an associate at another international law firm.
