Biography
Nafeesa Hussain is an associate in Dechert’s labour and employment team. Ms. Hussain has experience of contentious and non-contentious work, advising and representing clients on matters such as the terms and conditions of employment, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination, redundancy, and conducting proceedings in the Employment Tribunal and High Court.
