Michelle Hauck

Michelle Hauck focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters. Ms. Hauck represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions across a wide range of industry sectors. In addition, Ms. Hauck advises issuers and investment banks in connection with public and private offerings of equity and debt securities.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Hauck served as a judicial intern for Judge Robert Kugler in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
