Claire Hinshaw

Claire Hinshaw is an associate in Dechert’s financial services group. Ms. Hinshaw focuses her practice on advising registered investment companies, as well as their boards and investment advisers, on a wide variety of regulatory, operational, transactional, governance, and compliance matters. She also assists with the formation and registration of new investment funds, including alternative strategy investment funds such as interval and tender offer funds.
