Michael Gordon

Michael Gordon is a counsel in the corporate and securities group focusing his practice on mergers and acquisitions. He represents buyers, sellers, private equity funds and their portfolio companies on a wide range of complex transaction and governance related issues, including managing transactions across a wide range of industry sectors, in both domestic and cross-border transactions. Mr. Gordon is listed in Best Lawyers among the “Ones to Watch” for Leveraged Buyouts and Private Equity Law.
