Connor B. Flannery

Connor B. Flannery is an associate in Dechert’s enforcement and investigations group. He represents individuals and companies in connection with investigations conducted by prosecutors, regulators, and enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Flannery also represents clients in complex commercial disputes and advises clients on data privacy law, internet law, and responding to cyberattacks. He is a regular contributor to Dechert Cyber Bits, a bi-weekly publication on cybersecurity, privacy and AI matters.

Mr. Flannery’s pro bono practice focuses on challenging government secrecy and supporting public rights of access under the First Amendment. He has argued at the trial and appellate levels on behalf of journalists.
