Catherine Fauver

Catherine Fauver is an associate in the financial services and investment management group. Ms. Fauver advises U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and closed-end funds, as well as their independent directors/trustees, on a wide variety of regulatory and compliance matters. Ms. Fauver also advises clients on the development and launch of new ETFs, with a focus on disclosure and listing requirements, fund reorganizations and regulatory and compliance matters relating to existing funds.
