Alexander G. Andrews

Alexander G. Andrews is an associate in the firm’s global finance practice. Mr. Andrews focuses his practice on global finance matters, in particular, the origination and securitization of single-family rental loans, commercial mortgage loan repurchase facilities, loan on loan financings, and other similar structured finance transactions. He also has experience representing clients in the origination, acquisition, syndication, disposition, assumption, modification, restructuring and workout of mortgage and mezzanine loans (including construction loans).
