Dechert's Latest Lateral Binge Bolsters Corporate and Global Finance Groups

Dechert, which has been busy this year hiring partners on three continents, has picked up a pair of partners from two different firms in New York. Corporate partner Naz Zilkha and global finance partner Bruce Bloomingdale have joined the firm from White & Case and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, respectively. The new hires are part of a focused development by Dechert on six core offerings, or “verticals”: emerging markets, global finance, permanent capital, private equity, life sciences and strategic transactions.
