OCC Issues Notice Requesting Public Comment on Ways to Improve the Volcker Regulations

The OCC issued a notice on August 2, 2017, requesting public comment on ways to improve the Volcker Regulations. The OCC’s action may mark the initial step in the Volcker Regulations being amended to address regulator and industry concerns that have arisen since the Volcker Regulations’ adoption in 2014. Comments are due by September 21, 2017.
