House Bill Would Subject FSOC to the Congressional Appropriations Process

The Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC) is currently funded by assessments on large bank holding companies and companies designated as SIFIs. A new bill would subject the FSOC to the regular Congressional appropriations process.
