Dechert advised Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking on the financing of the off-market acquisition of Square d’Orléans by BauMont Real Estate Capital (BauMont), on behalf of an institutional client managed by Picture Asset Management (Picture AM).
The mixed-use property “Square d’Orléans,” located at 80 rue Taitbout, Paris 9, is listed as a historic monument and comprises 14,000 square meters of office and residential space on a 5,700 square meter plot. BauMont and Picture AM aim to reposition the asset in accordance with the new bioclimatic local urban plan.
