Dechert Advises Morgan Stanley Capital Partners on Agreement to Acquire Prescott’s

Dechert advised Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) on an acquisition agreement under which investment funds managed by MSCP will acquire Prescott’s from Atlantic Street Capital.

MSCP is a middle-market focused private equity team at Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Prescott’s is a leading healthcare focused outsourced clinical engineering services company that works with providers throughout the U.S. and the UK. The acquisition represents MSCP’s fourth investment in the healthcare outsourced services sector and is expected to bolster Prescott’s existing platform in outsourced clinical engineering services for critical surgical suite equipment. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
