Dechert Deepens Global Private Equity Bench with Partner Kai Terstiege in Munich
Dechert LLP announced today that Dr. Kai Terstiege has joined the firm’s private equity team as a partner in the Munich office.
Dr. Terstiege focuses on mid- and large-cap private equity deals. He has many years of experience in advising clients across multiple industries, especially in the technology sector, and on cross-border M&A, venture capital financings, restructurings, and general corporate and commercial matters. Dr. Terstiege received a First State Exam from Humboldt University Berlin, a Ph.D. (Dr. iur.) from the University of Hamburg and a Second State Exam from Oberlandesgericht Hamburg before starting his career in Munich more than ten years ago.
