Dechert Advises Griffon in Agreement to Sell Telephonics Corporation to TTM Technologies for US$330 Million
Dechert is advising Griffon Corporation in its definitive agreement to sell Telephonics Corporation to TTM Technologies for US$330 million. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, and is expected to close within the second calendar quarter of 2022.
In December 2021, Dechert advised Griffon in its US$845 million acquisition of the Hunter Fan Company. Dechert also previously advised Griffon in the acquisitions of CornellCookson and ClosetMaid, and the sale of Clopay Plastics.
Griffon is a diversified management and holding company that conducts business through wholly-owned subsidiaries.
