Dechert Advises One Equity Partners on Acquisition of Rosboro
Dechert advised One Equity Partners (OEP) in its acquisition of a majority interest in Rosboro from Wynnchurch Capital. Rosboro is a leading manufacturer of glued laminated timber (“glulam”), an engineered wood product used in a wide range of building and construction applications, and a variety of lumber products. Financial terms of the private purchase were not disclosed.
OEP is a middle market private equity firm focused on the industrial, healthcare, and technology sectors in North America and Europe. Since 2001, the firm has completed more than 300 transactions worldwide. OEP, founded in 2001, spun out of JP Morgan in 2015.
