Dechert Advises J.P. Morgan Asset Management on Acquisition of Campbell Global
Dechert is advising J.P. Morgan Asset Management on its acquisition of Campbell Global from BrightSphere Investment Group. The transaction is being done in an effort to directly impact the transition to a low-carbon economy and provide ESG-minded investment opportunities related to climate, conservation and biodiversity. Campbell Global is a Forest Management and Timberland Investing company. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter and terms were not disclosed.
