Griffon Corp Sells Clopay Plastics to Berry Global for US$475 Million

Dechert LLP advised Griffon Corporation GFF on the sale of Clopay Plastic Products Company to Berry Global Group, Inc. for $475 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close within the first calendar quarter of 2018.

Griffon Corporation is a diversified management and holding company that conducts business through wholly-owned subsidiaries. Clopay Plastics is a provider of specialty plastic films.
