Learn techniques to run a better deal. This session will discuss legal technology tools such as Office & Dragons, Jigsaw, Litera Transact, Litera Review, Kira Multi-Compare, and Contract Companion. These tools allow anyone to quickly draft and update legal documents, run a deal from an online checklist, create organizational charts, proofread documents, and create closing books.

With an increasing number of state bars adopting the ABA's Model Rule 1.1 [8] of maintaining competence in relevant technology, learning about the technology available to aid attorney's practices is essential. This CLE course is designed for attorneys to learn the fastest process for reviewing and managing documents and why this is an ethical practice.
