This program will cover techniques to rapidly draft and update documents, even hundreds at once. Creating many similar documents within minutes, or updating an entire set of deal documents can be done in minutes with tools such as Office & Dragons. This program will also cover tools such as Litera Transact that can be used on repeat deals to more effectively share the status of a deal with others, to more quickly manage the DocuSign process, or to create Closing Binders with a few clicks.
With an increasing number of state bars adopting the ABA's Model Rule 1.1 [8] of maintaining competence in relevant technology, learning about the technology available to aid attorney's practices is essential. This CLE course is designed for attorneys to learn the fastest process for reviewing and managing documents and why this is an ethical practice.
