Succeeding in hybrid environment requires an intentional effort to successfully manage and maintain our most important workplace relationships--those we have with our clients and teams. This lively, interactive workshop provides proven strategies for lawyers to enhance their collaboration, communication, empowerment, and engagement in their legal work in a hybrid working model environment. Participants explore and learn how to:

• Utilize strategies to remain engaged, empowered and dedicated to clients while working in a hybrid environment
• Calibrate and align engagement, collaboration, and communication practices to client and team expectations and preferences
• Avoid the most common pitfalls of hybrid work to maintain civility, positive culture, attorney well-being, and diversity and inclusion among lawyers
• Accept ownership for hybrid career success
