This course will explain how any due diligence process can incorporate the use of the AI software Kira, which identifies certain types of clauses often included in commercial contracts. Specifically, this course will discuss how attorneys managing due diligence projects can adapt the organization and delegation of contract review using AI-based workflow tools. It will also demonstrate how these tools can assist in creating attorney work product related to due diligence. Lastly, we will show how attorneys reviewing contracts can use AI software responsibly while exercising proper legal judgment.
