Profiles in Diversity Journal Honors Dechert Lawyers with Dual Recognition

Two Dechert lawyers, Darshak Dholakia and Hilary Bonaccorsi, have been recognized by Profiles in Diversity Journal in awards showcasing individuals who blaze new trails in advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace and who excel in their chosen fields.

Darshak Dholakia, a national security and international trade partner in Dechert’s Washington D.C. office, was recognized with an “Asian Leadership Award,” established to honor those who through advocacy, perseverance, legacy or professional achievements have addressed diversity and inclusion in the workplace and community. At Dechert, Mr. Dholakia strives to support diverse cross-practice peers and helped launch the Diverse Partners Business Development Network in 2023 to promote client development opportunities within Dechert’s diverse partner group. Hilary Bonaccorsi, a nationally recognized privacy expert based in Dechert’s Charlotte office, was honored with a "Women Worth Watching in STEM Award," established to celebrate women leaders who break barriers in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. With extensive experience assisting clients in the asset management industry, she advises the largest global asset managers on challenging privacy and technology issues, leveraging her deep understanding of their complex structure and operations.
