The American Lawyer Reaffirms Dechert's Position Among Top 10 Law Firms in 2023 Pro Bono Scorecard Rankings

The American Lawyer has ranked Dechert #2 for international pro bono work for the second year in a row, as well as #9 in its national rankings.
Each year, the publication publishes a Pro Bono Scorecard, which ranks AmLaw 200 firms based on the average number of pro bono hours per lawyer and the percentage of lawyers who performed more than 20 hours of pro bono work.
In 2022, Dechert lawyers globally dedicated over 93,000 hours to pro bono legal work. With over 1,500 active pro bono matters being conducted at any given time, the firm’s global pro bono efforts cover a broad range of matters – including a focus on helping prisoners of conscience, advocating for the right to vote and protecting the rights of refugees.
