PEI Group Recognizes Sabina Comis as a Woman of Influence in Private Markets

Sabina Comis, Dechert LLP’s Paris-based global managing partner, has been named to the PEI Group’s 2023 Women of Influence in Private Markets list. Each year, the PEI Group celebrates 60 trailblazing women working across private markets, featuring the list in publications including Private Equity International, Infrastructure Investor, PERE, Private Debt Investor and Venture Capital Journal.

Ms. Comis, a tax and investment funds partner at Dechert’s Paris office, advises French and international companies, family offices, and private equity funds on domestic and international tax structuring arising from complex corporate transactions, restructurings and refinancings, often involving multiple sponsors. She is one of the few French practitioners able to offer sophisticated tax advice and handle the legal and regulatory side of fund formation, and was one of just ten individuals recognized by the PEI Group in the private equity category.

Ms. Comis was recently named to Financial News’ “Most Influential Lawyers” list for 2023, as well as Private Equity News’ “Twenty Most Influential Private Equity Lawyers in Europe” list.
