Secondaries Investor Recognizes Dechert as Leading Firm for Secondaries Transactions

Dechert LLP has been recognized as a leader in the secondaries market for the second year running in Secondaries Investor’s annual overview. Secondaries Investor is a leading publication dedicated to the secondaries markets across alternative asset classes. The publication’s survey provides a summary of law firms’ secondaries activity by volume, strategy and value, and notes that Dechert recorded the highest reported concentration of LP stake deals in its most recent report.

Dechert was also recognized as a top-ranked law firm globally in Private Debt Investor’s Hall of Fame earlier this year, after winning its sixth “Law Firm of the Year” title in the publication’s PDI Awards 2020. No other law firm has been named winner more times in the contest’s eight-year history. The firm was also shortlisted in Asia-Pacific in the Secondaries category for closing the largest ever secondaries transaction globally in 2020 in Private Equity International’s PEI Awards 2020.
