Working Mother Names Dechert to its 2020 “100 Best Companies” List

Dechert LLP has been named one of Working Mother’s 2020 “100 Best Companies” for the third consecutive year. The list recognizes companies that demonstrate progress in offering paid parental leave and opportunities to return to work gradually, as well as family-friendly benefits and opportunities for women to advance.
This year, Working Mother also named Dechert to its “Best Companies for Dads” list, which celebrates organizations leading in the areas of paternity leave, childcare, flexible schedules and more. The firm was one of the 85 companies recognized on this year’s list.
Additionally, Érica Franzetti, a Washington, D.C.-based international arbitration partner and co-chair of the firm’s Latino Affinity Group, was named “Working Mother of the Year”. Vincent H. Cohen, Jr., a Washington, D.C.-based litigation partner who chairs Dechert’s Black Lawyers Alliance and sits on the firm’s global Policy Committee, was named “Working Dad of the Year”. Working Mothers and Working Dads of the Year are nominated by their employers for their inspiring accomplishments achieved while maintaining a sustainable work/life balance.
Earlier this month, Dechert also earned a spot on the Working Mother “Best Law Firms for Women” list for 2020 for the third consecutive year. The firm was also certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work® - again, for the third year running.
